On 4 February 2026, Community Energy Scotland proudly hosted our third annual Generation & Repowering conference at The Studio in Glasgow. This energising, full‑day event brought together community groups, innovative private sector companies, and leading public sector organisations to share the latest developments, showcase success stories, and inspire new opportunities across the community energy landscape.
With 70 engaged delegates and representatives from 31 dynamic community groups – many already delivering impactful local energy projects – the conference had a distinctively positive and collaborative energy. Across four sessions, we heard from influential policy makers, pioneering community leaders, and forward‑thinking companies. Our workshop session also added an interactive element to the day, giving participants the chance to shape discussions and spark new ideas.
