Community Energy State of the Sector 2024
We are happy to publish our final Community Energy State of the Sector infographic of 2024 following on from the key headlines statistics published back in July. This infographic tells the story of Community Energy across the UK in 2023, providing more detail about what the sector has achieved, its unique characteristics and benefits, and how you can help support the sector to meet its full potential. It’s clear that the community energy sector continues to grow and year-on-year is generating more green energy, securing more investment, saving carbon emissions and creating new jobs.
This research would not be possible without the ongoing support and engagement of our membership and other organisations that provide us with information. CES would like to thank everyone who took the time to submit responses to 2024’s survey and we would look forward to finding out about what the sector has been up to this year as we prepare to launch the 2025 survey in the new year.
