Anand works directly with community organisations across the Forth Valley and Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park region through the Community Energy Empowerment Programme, delivered by FELScotland in partnership with Community Energy Scotland.

Anna leads the Community Energy Launchpad team at Community Energy Scotland, which supports community organisations at the start of their community energy journey.

Beatriz is working with the teams on ICNZ and Community Power Outer Hebrides.

Becky is CES’ Island Community Action Network Development Officer with the Island Centre for Net Zero (ICNZ) project. She also continues to contribute to the Carbon Neutral Islands project (CNI).

Bonnie is part of the Rural Energy Hub team, working closely with communities in Shetland to support their decarbonisation strategies.

Carmen is Launchpad’s Glasgow based Assistant Communtiy Energy Officer.

Accelerator Officer within the Island Centre for Net Zero team is to identify funding opportunities, secure resources, and conduct horizon scanning to support action on decarbonisation within the community sector.

Cath supports the delivery of the Energy Learning Network, manages our membership and evaluates members’ needs. She leads on direct membership communications in her role, cultivating the engagement between Community Energy Scotland, our members and our wider network.

Darragh heads up the Carbon Neutral Islands team working closely with communities and partners across the islands to help move towards net-zero in a fair and just way.

Eibhlin manages our trading subsidiary, which owns a number of generating assets that provide a financial return to support the charitable work of CES.

Erin’s role is Community Energy Officer at the North East Climate Hub in Aberdeen, supporting local communities to explore practical and inclusive approaches to the energy transition.

Hannah M forms part of the Islands Centre for Net Zero team working closely with communities in the Outer Hebrides supporting their decarbonisation plans.

Jack’s role is part of CES technical team providing support on many of the technical areas of our work.

Jamie coordinates and manages the development of CES’ portfolio of projects and ideas.

Jenni is a member of CES’ technical team, providing support across our members’ projects.

Juliet is a Community Energy Officer in the Community Energy Launchpad team. She supports community organisations in Edinburgh, Fife, and the Scottish Borders to set out on their community energy journey.

Laura works directly with Community Power Outer Hebrides supporting our members there, covering for maternity leave.

Laura deals with all financial and administrative matters for Community Energy Scotland and Community Energy Scotland Trading.

Leanne leads our technical team helping make technologies work for communities and the futures they want to build.

Liz is responsible for our policy and advocacy work, ensuring the voices of our members are heard by key decision makers in our sector and beyond. 

As CES’ chief technical officer, Mark leads on the development of new Local Energy Economies projects in Orkney and oversees the delivery of our Orkney projects; ReFLEX, BIG HIT, Surf ‘n’ Turf, Heat Smart Orkney and SMILE.

Pam supports our Finance Officer with administration and helps in other operations areas when required.

Peter is part of the Orkney team working on the Rural Energy Hubs project in Orkney and Shetland.

Raina is part of the Carbon Neutral Islands team and is working on the plans to replicate the project.

Rona’s responsibilities are HR, running the Board and Management Team and ensuring a well organised, coherent overall approach to delivery of all our operational projects.

Rosie is part of the Community Energy Launchpad team. Based in Dumfries & Galloway, she supports community groups in D&G and Ayrshire who are looking at setting up a community energy project for the first time.

Stephen is part of our Technical Team and he delivers technical support and advice to aid the development of a wide variety of community energy projects.

Tom’s role involves delivering support to the wider CES team on the technical aspects of projects, including Carbon Neutral Islands (CNI), Island Centre for Net Zero (ICNZ) and Rural Energy Hubs (REH). 

Victoria coordinates and manages the delivery of CES’ portfolio of projects.

Zoë is based in Glasgow and is experienced in third sector management and strategy in Scotland and abroad, in a variety of sustainable development fields.
